The employer is seeking an experienced Account Director to drive online sales across Growth and Mid Market segments, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

About the role

The employer is looking for a results-driven Account Director – Online Sales to manage and grow a portfolio of Growth and Mid Market clients. This is a senior individual contributor or leadership role focused on delivering revenue targets through consultative selling and strategic account management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the assigned segment, and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet client objectives. A deep understanding of the digital advertising or online sales landscape will be a key advantage.

  • Manage and expand a book of business across Growth and Mid Market accounts
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and renewal
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
