The employer is hiring an Account Director – Online Sales focused on the Growth and Mid Market segments, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a senior individual contributor or team-facing sales role responsible for driving revenue and building strong client relationships within a defined account portfolio.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and account retention — while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the employer's online product suite. A deep understanding of the digital advertising or SaaS sales landscape will be essential to succeed in this role.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Growth and Mid Market accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Build senior-level relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
  • Track pipeline activity and forecast accurately using CRM tools
