About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to join its team on a fully remote basis, operating out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and recommend appropriate courses or programmes offered by the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outbound and inbound communication, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to convert inquiries into enrolments through consultative conversations. Prior experience in academic counselling, edtech sales, or student advisory roles would be an advantage.
- Counsel prospective students on available academic programmes
- Follow up on leads and manage the enrolment pipeline
