About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to join their team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand available programmes and make informed enrolment decisions.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Counselling prospective learners about suitable courses and academic pathways
- Following up with leads and converting inquiries into enrolments
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in education, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience in academic counselling, edtech sales, or student advising will be an advantage.
