About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to join their team on a fully remote basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and recommend appropriate legal courses and programmes offered by the organisation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and guide individuals through the enrolment process. A background in counselling, sales, or education advisory would be an advantage.
- Counsel prospective students on available academic programmes
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into enrolments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new learners
